INGREDIENTS: 2 servings • 200 gms Sabudana • 100 gms Roasted peanuts (Roughly crushed) • 2 medium sized potatoes (cut it into small square piece) • 5-6 Green chillies• Some Curry leaves • Salt as per taste • 1 tsp Red chilli powder • Puvi Coldpressed Groundnut Oil for frying
Farali Khichdi Recipe PREPARATION:
• Soak Sabudana for 6 hours. • Take and heat Puvi oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, green chillies and chopped potatoes. • Cover it and cook it on low flame. After 5 minutes, potatoes will be cooked. • Add soaked Sabudana, red chilli powder and crushed peanuts. • Mix it properly. Cover it and cook it on low flame for another 5-7 minutes. • Add coriander leaves. Serve with love.
